Woodbury Heights – Arlington, Virginia

This EIFS building had leaked since day one and had been worked on numerous times by a variety of contractors. The EIFS joints were severely damaged due to previous work (joints were back wrapped improperly). We removed all joint material and inspected for proper construction and width. After inspection, we removed one foot of EIFS material on each side of defective joints, reconstructed the EIFS panels, blended the finishes to match, cleaned the entire building of mildew, re-caulked every joint and recoated with an elastomeric coating.
