Richards and Conover Lofts - Kansas City, Missouri

We cleaned all exterior elevations, miscellaneous tuckpointed all masonry and performed extensive repairs to the large column at the entryway. The most difficult phase of this project was the removal of masonry and placement of new steel lintels for the installation of 103 new window openings. Some of these windows were more than 10 feet wide and 7 feet tall, with the masonry wall being 3 feet thick. The project was completed with the construction of a new masonry stair shaft inside the building.
